The Skill Path is a calisthenics training application built and operated independently by Michael in Charlotte, North Carolina. The app provides personalized session recommendations, progress tracking, milestone-based skill progression, and optional social features. The service is offered as-is.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your account with others. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, sign in and change your password, or email us at hello@theskillpath.app.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules. You can delete your own account at any time from Settings.
The Skill Path provides general fitness information and training recommendations. It is not medical advice.Calisthenics — particularly advanced skills like planches, handstands, one-arm work, and contortion-adjacent flexibility — involves real physical risk.
Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, or any concern about your ability to train safely. Listen to your body. Stop when something hurts. The app does not know your medical history; you do.
Results vary. Following the app's recommendations does not guarantee any specific physical outcome.
The Skill Path's content — exercise catalogs, progressions, rivals, boss illustrations, copy, and code — is owned by Michael. You can use the app for personal training but can't republish, resell, or commercially redistribute the content.
Training data you enter (sessions, sets, milestones) is yours. You can request export or deletion via the app's Settings page, or by emailing hello@theskillpath.app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Skill Path and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service — including but not limited to injury, lost data, missed training outcomes, or business interruption. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and delete your account.
The Skill Path is actively developed. Features may change, improve, or be removed. We'll do our best to communicate material changes in-app. If the service is ever shut down, you'll be given a window to export your training data first.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
These terms may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be flagged in-app. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
